Terms and Conditions — WinPKR 17 Platform Rules

Welcome to WinPKR 17. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player" or "user") and the WinPKR 17 platform ("we", "us" or "the platform"). They apply to all activities conducted on this website, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, promotions, withdrawals and all related services.

By creating an account and accessing any part of the WinPKR 17 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not register or continue to use the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register on WinPKR 17, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• Hold only one account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a WinPKR 17 employee where a conflict of interest exists.

WinPKR 17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your WinPKR 17 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or any one-time codes with anyone, including individuals who claim to work for WinPKR 17.

• Always use a unique, strong password and keep it private.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so that verification messages reach you.
• Ensure that any funds used for deposits are from payment methods legally owned and operated by you.

Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance. WinPKR 17 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payments

WinPKR 17 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• WinPKR 17 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• WinPKR 17 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown on the Withdrawal page at the time of your request.
• WinPKR 17 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary based on your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion will take place.

WinPKR 17 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on your part. If your withdrawal is delayed, please contact our support team.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

WinPKR 17 regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional rewards to both new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion will carry its own individual terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all conditions are satisfied.
• If you choose to make a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• WinPKR 17 reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, bet hedging or coordinated wagering with other accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

WinPKR 17 is committed to providing fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming for all players. All games available on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted after a bet or game round has started.
• Game results are determined by the certified RNG and live dealer systems. Results cannot be reversed except where a verifiable technical fault has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. WinPKR 17 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software malfunction, display error or technical fault may be declared void. WinPKR 17 will notify affected players and any stakes involved will be refunded.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to interact with the platform or gain any advantage over other players or the house.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at WinPKR 17 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to an event commencing. Bets placed at a given price are honoured at that price unless the bet is voided under these rules.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed or abandoned will be settled according to the specific sport's postponement rules displayed at the time of betting.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• In-play bets are accepted up until the market is suspended. WinPKR 17 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice.
• WinPKR 17 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price or on markets where a clear error has occurred.
• For PSL and international cricket markets, DLS method results and official tournament body decisions will be used to settle affected bets.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your real-money balance immediately upon market settlement.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the platform (including using different names, emails or devices).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use unauthorised tools.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any financial crime.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting WinPKR 17 support to resolve the issue.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any WinPKR 17 staff member or other player through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

WinPKR 17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, including patterns consistent with fraud, abuse or prohibited activities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (dormant account policy applies — details available from support).
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is suspended due to a verification requirement or a query that can be resolved, our support team will contact you with the steps needed to restore access. If an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally provided no outstanding issues exist on the account.

11 Privacy & Data

WinPKR 17 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

• Personal data is collected solely for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention and support purposes.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Identity verification documents provided to us are stored securely and handled in line with our data retention policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Changes to Terms

WinPKR 17 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

Your continued use of the platform after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
